Supporting Healthcare Education on the
Isle of Wight and across the South Coast
At The Lighthouse Clinic, we believe investing in education and professional development is essential to improving healthcare outcomes for our community. Through Lighthouse Education, we work with healthcare professionals, organisations, and community services to provide high-quality training that strengthens clinical skills, builds confidence, and supports lifelong learning.
We understand that healthcare is constantly evolving, and access to relevant, practical training helps teams deliver safer, more effective, and patient-centred care.
The Value of Face-to-Face Training
While virtual learning has its place, face-to-face training offers unique benefits that are especially important in healthcare education. In-person sessions encourage discussion, hands-on learning, collaboration, and real-time feedback in a supportive environment.
Our training sessions are designed to be engaging, practical, and tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals working across primary care, community services, and specialist settings. We believe learning together helps build stronger teams, improves communication, and creates lasting professional connections.
Tailored Training to Meet Your Needs
We welcome enquiries from practices, organisations, community groups, and healthcare teams looking for bespoke or future training opportunities. Whether you are planning staff development, updating clinical knowledge, or identifying skills gaps within your service, we would be pleased to discuss your requirements.
