Empower your team with the skills to support better heart health in your workplace. Our free training offers the opportunity for one or more team members to become a Blood Pressure (BP) Champion. This training equips them to raise awareness, start conversations, and guide others toward appropriate support for managing blood pressure.
Please note: This training does not qualify participants to diagnose medical conditions or provide clinical advice.

We recommend group sizes of 4 to 8 participants for our blood pressure training, ensuring effective learning and hands-on practice.
What should I wear to the blood pressure training session?
Please wear loose-fitting clothing to your BP Champion training, as you’ll be practising blood pressure monitoring with other attendees.
Is practical participation required in the BP Champion course?
Yes, hands-on practice is essential in our blood pressure training. If you’re uncomfortable taking or receiving blood pressure readings in a group, this course may not be suitable for you.
