Private Dermatology Prices
At The Lighthouse Clinic, all consultations and treatments provided through the NHS are completely free of charge. If you have been referred to us by your GP or hospital specialist for NHS care, you will never receive a bill for your appointment or treatment.
Alongside our NHS services, we also offer private dermatology appointments for clients who would prefer the flexibility and convenience of being seen outside the NHS pathway. Private appointments can often provide quicker access to specialist assessment, flexible appointment times and continuity of care with our experienced clinical team.
We also provide a small number of specialist dermatology treatments that are currently only available on a private basis. These services are delivered in the same professional, patient-focused environment that underpins all care at The Lighthouse Clinic.

Unlike traditional Hyaluronic Acid (HA) fillers, Ellansé provides immediate correction of lines while simultaneously acting as a stimulator that rebuilds your skin’s own collagen structures. Results last from 1-4 years.
£400Prices can vary due to the treatment’s size, location and complexity required. Prices will be agreed upon with the patient before treatment is given. If any pathology is needed, it will be charged in addition to the quoted figures.
